Ricky was employed to re-brand and re-market this High Street hair and beauty salon. He was given an outline of what was required and the
rest was left to him! Ricky diligently met the task by assessing what had historically been done regarding promotion, conducted a survey
looking at users, potential users and competition in the local area. Ricky devised a low-cost promotional campaign that increased footfall by
20% immediately. He designed new flyers, price lists, appointment cards and POS material. He utilised tested marketing ideas, combined with

Ricky was employed by RedBrook to design the company website. He conducted a survey looking at competitors sites, and spent months
developing a solid understanding of our business and what it needed online. Coming up with a variety of storyboards, Ricky demonstrating time
and time again what a progressive thinker he is. The website has been extremely well received and we are very happy with the
work he has produced. Ricky has a sound understanding of the technical's and has ensured that we are placed highly on search engines.
He regularly updates and maintains this site, plus is now undertaking additional projects for us. Ricky regularly assists with technical
issues on individuals pcs, and has also started to contribute editorially to RedBrook's 9 publications.
